As an accuDEXA customer or user, Lone Oak
Medical Technologies would like you to be the first to know
when there are product updates, software or new information
available for your accuDEXA BMD assessment system. Occasionally
Lone Oak may share updated information on reimbursement
codes and changes in Medicare or FDA policy that have been
brought to our attention through our customer network. Registration
also allows you to request and receive managed customer
support via e-mail.
Registration is easy and takes only a few

If you choose to register with our web site, we will collect
personally identifiable information from you in order to
establish a user account at accudexa.com. We ask you to
identify yourself and your business name and address, and
we collect the serial number(s) of your accuDEXA machine(s).
Lone Oak Medical Technologies will not share, sell, rent
or lease personally identifiable customer information with
any other party.
Lone Oak Medical Technologies will never ask you for your
Social Security Number or for any password information for
any website or web service offered either by ourselves or
any third party.
